This privacy policy has been composed to show and ensure my clients that their data protection has been considered and explains why and how I use any personal information kept for each of my clients. We would like our clients to be aware that all their personal details are kept safe and not shared.

We are responsible for the collection and proper management of any personal information you submit. We will keep your personal details secure and use the information you provide consistently with applicable privacy and data protection laws and the terms of this privacy notice.

If you choose to contact us or make enquiries through our contact pages, we will collect the details that you provide in relation to that query. Information held is likely to include your name, telephone number and email address, company name and position. 

 

Where we store our data

Any personal data we have is stored on a database on our computer system. Everything is kept safe and no information is shared. We back up the system daily so that nothing is lost and only employees of Smart G Power have access.

 

What we use your personal data for

We use any personal information for our own research to find out where my clients come from and how frequently we see them. We do not send a lot of marketing emails, but from time to time we will send promotional offers and other information that might be of interest to you.

 

How our clients information is protected

All our clients have the right to 'opt-out' and can let us know at any point if they would like us to delete any information we have stored for them. If you are happy for us to keep certain information, but would prefer me NOT to use this information for marketing purposes then I can ensure that this will be done.
