For National Grid, DNOs, IDNOs, and ICPs:

Power System Consultants (PSC) can provide design and project management services to DNOs, IDNOs, and ICPs for the entire project life cycle. Our services can help clients bring projects from the feasibility/concept stage to the construction stage.

Our services should include feasibility & detailed design, project management, stakeholder management, design review & assurance. Our deep understanding of DNO standards helps us hit the ground running from day 1.

For National Grid (NG), we provide welfare facilities, site managers (NG competent), site supervisors (NG competent), Project management, site set up, MEWP, and other heavy machinery.

For Industrial/Commercial Clients (Renewable Advisory):

At large industrial and commercial sites, it is very common to have onsite energy generation using CHP or small-scale solar/wind. PSC can help clients investigate the feasibility and payback period for such projects. Our expertise can also benefit clients in vendor selection, contractor’s appointment, G99 applications, design, and project management.

For Developers (Utility Scale/Industrial/Housing):

It is often challenging for renewable project/housing developers to secure the required power capacity (import/export) at the nearby Point of Connection (POC) on time and budget. Our experts can work with network operators to achieve the best possible solution to alleviate the impact of grid congestion by pushing boundaries with innovative solutions.

Having worked with UK DNOs for many years, our expertise can achieve remarkable results. We could be a one-stop-shop for the delivery of projects that include G99 applications, detailed design, construction management, and handover.

For Utility Contractors/Vendors:

Having a wealth of experience working for UK DNOs, ICPs, IDNOs, utility contractors, and equipment manufacturers, PSC has an insider view of business models and cycles. We can help utility contractors in the selection of the right partners at each stage of the project to create synergy for high-value projects.

PSC can help clients bring vendors’ proposals to a level playing field to make well-informed decisions before the appointment of a preferred bidder.
